Location: Plano, TX (hybrid 1-3 days onsite)

Duration: 6+ months

Must be able to interview onsite - if non-local at own expense

Job Description

1. Prioritizes & manages backlog, roadmap & super stories for the AiPEX team to maximize customer value

2. Works with technical delivery lead for release planning & status reporting for stakeholders

3. Conducts requirements gathering, analysis refinement & planning sessions

4. Refines and decomposes the Product backlog items with the dev team into executable stories that articulate business and customer value

5. Makes sure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and provides direction on order of the Scrum team's work

6. Collaborates with the agile team on a daily basis, clarifying details and answering questions about direction & strategy, and actively participates in Scrum events and other planning activities

7. Works with cross-functional teams to ensure that the business, quality and functional goals are met with each product release

8. Identifies and mitigates risks, threats, or opportunities that could impact the success of the project, notifying the team and escalating issues when appropriate

9. Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the business strategy, market trends, competitors, and customer base through market research, customer feedback, and product performance

10. Acts as user and customer advocate by evaluating cost and impact on users and product Visions

11. Effectively negotiates and aligns product and feature functions with stakeholders and customers

12. Plans and executes product release management

Required Skills

1. Experience developing and deploying chatbot services for enterprises, in enterprise applications and processes

2. Knowledgeable on GenAI Framework such as AWS Bedrock, Strands, etc.

3. Knowledgeable on GenAI design and solution components such as RAG, enhanced RAG, Agentic AI, MC, A2A, etc.

4. 5+ years of experience in Product Management/Owner work, or total equivalent Experience

5. Demonstrates ability to use excel and other tools to create business models, track progress, and provide supporting evidence for data driven product decisions

6. Demonstrates ability to represent the voice of the customer by translating customer requirements into great user stories and evangelizing their product vision

7. Demonstrates ability to develop and manage a product roadmap

8. Knowledge of product user design

9. Experience in Product Management/Ownership for high-tech, consumer software products

10. Experience working in a fast paced, iterative, Agile software engineering environment
