Sr Client Solutions Executive – Manheim, Central New Jersey (Freehold, Lakewood, Toms River, Trenton, Lawrence Township, Lawrenceville). Required local residency. Responsibilities
Develop a sales strategy to retain and grow revenue streams from an assigned book of business across the Cox Automotive suite. Collaborate with team members in multiple departments at auction locations and other Cox Automotive business units to continuously improve client service and experience. Create opportunities with key accounts for other Cox Automotive Solutions groups and work with sales teams to close those opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, promotions and sales to explore growth opportunities. Sell value‑added solutions across Cox Automotive to the client’s book of business, using a consultative solutions sales approach at the client’s place of business. Consult and sell solutions for all Inventory Solutions and Cox Automotive clients (Franchise, Wholesale, Independent, etc.). Leverage Salesforce as a selling tool and informational resource. Travel 4‑5 days a week; remote at 80% of working time. Maintain knowledge of auction and Inventory Solutions top performers and under‑performers, and stay current with all Cox Automotive wholesale solutions. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4 years sales experience; a master’s degree with 2 years, a Ph.D. with up to 1 year, or 8 years’ experience also acceptable. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Working knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices. Strong communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills. Preferred: Automotive, auction, wholesale, or internet sales/ service experience; experience selling and servicing an account list; proven track record of growing accounts from existing base; familiarity with Salesforce.com (navigation, report generation, data mining). Comfortable with field visits to dealerships, auctions, and other sites. Must pass a pre‑employment drug test; the company prohibits possession, use or influence of illegal drugs on company property and in vehicles. Compensation
Base salary range of $64,900.00 – $97,300.00 plus an annual incentive/commission target of $32,000.00. Compensation also includes payments based on attainment of monthly sales quotas and goals. Benefits
