Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer (“SE”) to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This hybrid role combines sales expertise with technical mastery, focusing on driving adoption and sales of our newly launched developer platform:
Echo
. The SE will engage with prospects, deliver demos, and manage the technical sales process. Reporting to the Head of GTM, the role requires confidence in customer-facing environments and presenting to technical stakeholders like CTOs and Heads of Engineering. Familiarity with blockchain data, web3 developer tools, and crypto APIs is essential, with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue. This is a remote role for candidates based in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST). Applications from other time zones or locations will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Sales: Collaborate with the Echo team to engage prospects, serving as the technical subject-matter expert (SME). Manage a robust pipeline while driving the technical aspects of the sales process from initial engagement to technical approval.
Discovery & Solution Design: Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer needs, mapping them to Dune’s capabilities. Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concept (POC) solutions that showcase Echo’s value.
Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between prospects and the product/engineering teams, delivering field insights to guide product development.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in a technical sales, solutions engineering, or pre-sales role.
Strong technical knowledge of APIs, developer tools, and blockchain development landscape (dapps).
Solidity: reading required, coding a plus.
2+ years of experience working in an early-stage startup environment in crypto.
Based in the US East Coast (EST) or Europe West (GMT or CEST).
