Lead technical discovery calls and deliver customized demos to various audience segments Own technical onboarding and implementation for new customers, aligning configurations with their security workflows Capture customer feedback to influence product development and create reusable technical documentation
Required qualifications
1-5 years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Implementation role, preferably in cybersecurity Solid understanding of cybersecurity tools such as SIEM, SOAR, and incident response Proven ability to conduct demos and POCs that advance sales opportunities Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote setting
