City Wide Facility Solutions of West LA is actively seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our talented team. In this position you will be responsible for new business development in a highly competitive, sales-driven environment in the maintenance industry. Your role will encompass the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, and involve establishing and nurturing mutually profitable relationships with clients. Responsibilities Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in $1,500+ sales per month. Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and making initial presentations. Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts. Conduct a minimum of 20 hours of prospecting each week and make 250 phone calls, emails, and other sales activities each week. Utilize and manage the customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information. Maintain and manage your Top 100 list in the CRM. Other Duties Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. 2-3 years of prior experience working in a B2B sales environment with a track record of success. Hunter sales acumen; goal-driven and self-motivated. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with CRM systems required. Microsoft Dynamics is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Location & Employment Type This is an in‑person position. Candidate must live in the Los Angeles area. Compensation & Benefits Base: $72,000–$79,000 DOE. Full‑time exempt position.
