We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by developing relationships with Credit Unions and promoting AiVantage’s AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will understand the unique challenges of the financial industry and have a consultative approach to delivering technology solutions that improve member experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Credit Union market. Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery meetings, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with Credit Union executives and key decision-makers. Understand CU operational needs and position AiVantage solutions to address member engagement, service efficiency, and business goals. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales activities through CRM tools. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term client success. Stay informed on Credit Union industry trends, regulations, competitive solutions, and emerging AI technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or a related field. 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling technology solutions to Credit Unions, banks, or financial institutions. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing long sales cycles. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with Credit Unions or within the financial services industry. Experience selling AI, SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise technology solutions. Willingness to travel for CU conferences, industry events, and client meetings as required.
