Overview WESTERN TITLE DIVISION Job Description: Must reside near Lake Oswego, OR with occasional on-site work in our local office. Summary: Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory with the goal of generating new business. Develops and implements a Business Plan to meet personal and business goals of expanding the customer base in the assigned market area. Works with sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. Performs duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures and guidelines and within all State and Federal regulations. Responsibilities Meet new client and revenue goals/expectations as determined by leadership. Maintain relationships with existing client base in collaboration with escrow officers and management. Lead and support associate sales efforts on all levels. Identify and convert qualified prospects to new customers to augment the client base. Utilize company resources to execute the sales strategy and record activities as directed by leadership (e.g., Salesforce, company web resources, apps, social media, industry tools). Lead Escrow offices and Escrow teams using a consultative sales approach; bolster business where/when needed. Participate in Regional/Divisional collaboration calls and efforts to contribute and lead other Sales Executives when possible and appropriate. Use a consultative sales approach to analyze existing and anticipated customer requirements and promote title products to fulfill them. Prepare yearly business plans and/or status reports as required by management. Collaborate with sales management and Corporate Marketing to contribute new marketing strategies when possible and appropriate. Present title and closing production procedures, administrative product information, and demonstrations to clients. Obtain and record detailed client profiles useful for service delivery. Conduct post-closing interviews to determine quality of services delivered. Attend sales meetings and calls as required. Follow sales and territory guidelines as prescribed by leadership. Maintain high visibility in the real estate community by representing the company at social/business functions and through involvement in industry groups and organizations. Maintain strict client confidentiality and a courteous, professional demeanor. Accept supervision and foster positive working relationships with others in the workplace. Determine and report competitor activities and market conditions to management. Comply with Company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements and complete mandatory compliance training by assigned deadlines. Maintain regular working hours (minimum Monday through Friday) and dependable attendance; may include in-office attendance or events outside regular business hours. Be open to supervision and direction and able to accept constructive feedback. Demonstrate courtesy, flexibility, professionalism, and responsiveness to supervisor/manager, co-workers and customers. Maintain ability to work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with potential after-hours company events. Foster professional and collaborative working relationships and interact effectively with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Knowledge and Skills Required Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects; strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under time constraints and meet deadlines; strong initiative and independent judgment. Continued emphasis on accuracy and organization; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Communication and Interpersonal Skills Excellent professional written, verbal, listening and communication skills; clear and grammatically correct. Personable, positive, and professional representation of the company. Ability to foster and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships; effective collaboration with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone, video conferences and in person. Active listening with awareness of nonverbal communication. Physical/Mental Demands Ability to work with confidential information and perform under pressure; flexible to disruptions. Repetitive keyboard activity and screen interaction required. Local daily travel by automobile and potential overnight travel by air and/or automobile.
