Are you passionate about technology and sales? As a Sales Representative – Software Solutions (SaaS), you will be at the heart of our growth strategy in the North American market. Your main mission? To present Fidelio ERP to potential clients and clearly demonstrate how our solution can transform their operations.

By helping them optimize their business processes with our integrated management system. Being well established in Quebec for more than 25 years, we are growing rapidly towards the U.S market.

Your Future Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial demonstrations of Fidelio to showcase its key features, benefits, and added value to prospective and potential clients;
- Generate leads and contribute to the development of Fidelio ERP's North American market by actively converting new opportunities into target accounts;
- Make prospecting calls to corporate clients, targeting and engaging key decision-makers (President, VP, Directors, etc.);
- Develop a network of contacts by participating in events, trade shows, webinars, etc.;
- Identify market opportunities to build strong business relationships and a solid pipeline of prospects;
- Document best practices with our ERP solution and share them with clients and prospects;
- Follow up with potential clients and the Sales and Marketing team;
- Stay informed about new features and updates to the Fidelio product.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business or sales, or equivalent work experience;
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role or in IT product sales;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and attention-to-details skills;
- Excellent English and French skills, both written and spoken. Bilingualism is required to communicate daily with English-speaking prospects and clients;
- High motivation and determination to acheive sales objectives;
- Good understanding of target customers and business operations in a SME;
- Strong team spirit and exceptional interpersonal skills;
- Experience managing CRM, ERP, or other system projects (an asset);
- Valid driver's license.
