About Our Client

Job Description
Estimate, win, and manage projects end-to-end.Oversee multiple local commercial projects simultaneously.Act as the primary owner contact and trusted representative of the office.Provide day-to-day leadership to the local Project Manager.Coordinate closely with Superintendents and office support staff.Maintain strong relationships with local subcontractors and vendors.Help grow the office over time through execution and reputation (not immediate BD).Operate with accountability, autonomy, and an ownership mindset.

The Successful Applicant
Senior-level Project Management experience (SPM / PX-capable).Comfortable estimating and running projects independently.Confident speaking directly with Owners and stakeholders.Strong roots in the Columbia, SC market with local subcontractor relationships.Thrive in environments with high autonomy and accountability.Healthcare / medical project experience is a plus.Prior experience leading small teams or offices preferred.Not seeking candidates who require heavy structure or micromanagement.
