Description Our client, a leader in global talent solutions, is seeking a passionate and data-driven Analyst to join their ManpowerGroup RPO Talent Acquisition Data and Programs team. As part of this team, you will be integral to supporting the organization’s most valuable asset: its people. As the organization experiences significant growth, the need to leverage data effectively is more critical than ever. We are looking for an individual who will play an analytically consultative role to inform our talent and business decisions and improve the way we identify, attract, develop, and retain talent. Our Talent Acquisition Data and Programs team is crucial in enabling our executives and recruiting leaders to make data-driven decisions, and you will play an important role in addressing the data and analytical needs of our recruiting team and business leaders across the globe. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Data and Programs team, this role will collaborate with business stakeholders, recruiting team members, and other end users to create high-value and intuitive data visualizations and storytelling. This is a fully remote, W2 contract role.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain automated dashboards for key metrics reporting across Talent Acquisition, extract the insights that will have the biggest impact, and be comfortable with sharing a narrative that complements the data
Ability to segment large data sets and extract data from data warehouses using SQL, Excel, Google Sheets, and other business intelligence tools
Manipulate and combine data sets coming from disparate data sources using data transformation tools such as Alteryx, SAS, Power Query, Data Bricks, etc.
Analyze data according to appropriate quantitative and qualitative methods, and partner with other TA program teams as the subject matter expert for all things TA data
Gather, compile, and validate supporting data for operational metric reporting, and provide commentary around insights and trends that drive business performance
Continually evaluate and refine analytical approaches, processes, tools, and operations to ensure the team is providing the highest level of impact
Partner with stakeholders in the business and the broader team (Talent Acquisition Managers, Recruiters, Sourcers) to build empathy around Talent Acquisition customers, and ultimately improve the customer experience
Be flexible and work on ad hoc and special projects based on changing business needs and company priorities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of related work experience – finance, people analytics, or related field
Must have experience with/building in the following systems: SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and Amazon QuickSight
Experience in Data Visualization tools - the ability to utilize large datasets to build reports and dashboards
Expert Excel data modeling and analysis skills
Must have experience working with large data sets/data warehousing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curious, analytical thinking style with a love of solving problems
Passion for creating intuitive data visualizations
Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from data and trends
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate within a team environment
Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives
Interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
