JOB SUMMARY
As a certified Eddy Current Level IIA or higher data analyst experienced in heat exchanger ET tubing inspection, you will join our Global Inspection Services Group as an ET RevospECT Data Analyst. You will receive advanced training on our RevospECT Automated Data Analysis software platform, becoming a rare expert in this field. Then you will deploy Zetec's RevospECT software at customer's inspection sites throughout the world (or from your remote office anywhere in the world).
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Operate the RevospECT system (aka - Dashboard Operations) during inspections. This entails directing production according to setup configurations, calibrating, monitoring alerts, and monitoring server optimization Install, configure, and testing of RevospECT hardware, software, and networking equipment at customer sites Support Product Test and V&V (Verification & Validation) activities
In support of sales activities, conduct product demonstrations, both independently and as part of a team
Coordinate with customer to establish inspection requirements and collect historical data. Create and test data set-ups, detection set-ups and final detection set-ups based on site-specific information. Prepare Corrective/Preventative Action Requests (C/PAR) outlining customer issues, as required. Communicate customer requests for product improvements to Product Management, Sales, and Marketing Cross train in all interfacing technologies, including equipment, and software, to be able to function as an Integrated Solutions Expert for Company products and services

Respond to change productively Other duties as required in support of the department and the company

The individual holding this position must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified matter, which include US citizenship and being subject to a federal background investigation.
ET Level IIA/QDA with at least 10 years of Steam Generator or other Heat Exchangers tubing inspection data analysis experience Advanced understanding of eddy current test method as applied in steam generator tubing inspections Strong project management capabilities including scheduling, risk identification/mitigation, communication, teambuilding and cost estimation/tracking Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project & Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable expressing ideas/opinions to groups of individuals at various levels within Zetec and/or customer organizations Strong understanding of Windows 7/10 OS and PC networking
Able to perform frequently complex analysis of problems and/or data and present recommended solutions
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
10 years' experience working as a LIIA/QDA Data analyst Experience as an IQDA is a plus. Experience as a level III is a plus. Experience as a Resolution Analyst is a plus. Experience as a IQDA is a plus. Experience as a data manager or systems administrator on a nuclear steam generator eddy current inspection is a plus. Associate degree in an engineering discipline; equivalent combination of training and/or education or 2-year NDE certificate is a plus Experience in the US military is a plus Formal certification/training/experience as an instructor in a technical environment is a plus
Unescorted access at a US nuclear utility in the last 365 days is a plus Current or recent (within last 2 years) DOD clearance is a plus Previous unescorted access at a nuclear utility in the last 365 days is a plus
