You’ll need to be comfortable speaking with candidates and hiring managers via phone and or zoom callsMaintaining high standards of written communication is essential; being clear, concise and accurate when messaging candidates, completing trackers, updates etc.You’ll be highly organised, with a natural sense of urgency and a keen eye for detailTalent Acquisition can be a fast-paced and overwhelming environment, the ability to stay calm and maintain a high standard of work is essential Lastly, we want you to bring yourself to work!
