Als physician assistant bij ons maak je dagelijks impact door cliënten met complexe zorgvragen te ondersteunen. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team waar samenwerking en innovatie centraal staan. In deze rol combineer je zelfstandigheid met nauwe samenwerking met specialisten ouderengeneeskunde. Je krijgt de kans om niet alleen hoogwaardige zorg te leveren, maar ook actief bij te dragen aan zorgvernieuwing en kwaliteitsverbetering binnen onze organisatie.
Wat je gaat doen:- Onderzoeken, diagnosticeren en behandelen van cliënten met complexe zorgvragen, waarbij je persoonlijke en professionele begeleiding biedt.
- Intensief samenwerken met artsen, specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals om de beste zorg te garanderen.
- Actief deelnemen aan medische vakgroepoverleggen en bijdragen aan constructieve samenwerking en besluitvorming.
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van vernieuwende zorgoplossingen en technologieën in samenwerking met collega’s en externe partners.
- Bijdragen aan (wetenschappelijk) onderzoek om de zorg verder te verbeteren en nog persoonlijker te maken.
- Een salaris tussen € 4.659 en € 7.018 per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en expertise.
- Een tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
- Een parttime functie van 20 tot 36 uur per week, afgestemd op jouw voorkeuren.
- Ondersteuning van een digicoach om optimaal gebruik te maken van digitale hulpmiddelen.
- Arbeidsvoorwaarden conform cao VVT, inclusief reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantiegeld en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%.

We zoeken een gedreven physician assistant met expertise en empathie.
- BIG-geregistreerd en gediplomeerd physician assistant (MSc).
- Ervaring met multidisciplinaire samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie.
- Proactief en besluitvaardig in complexe situaties.
- Bereidheid om bij te dragen aan zorginnovatie en ontwikkeling.
- Bij voorkeur rijbewijs B en bereidheid tot reizen.
