About
Als basisarts draag je bij aan het welzijn van cliënten met complexe zorgvragen. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team waarin je samen met specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, PA’s en verpleegkundigen zorgt voor hoogwaardige zorg. Je hebt de kans om je kennis te verdiepen in thema’s zoals advanced care planning, palliatieve zorg en zorgtechnologie. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over zorginnovatie en de doorontwikkeling van onze expertise.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Onderzoeken en diagnosticeren: cliënten met complexe somatische, psychogeriatrische en/of psychiatrische problematiek behandelen en begeleiden.
- Samenwerken: intensief contact onderhouden met specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, PA’s, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgprofessionals.
- Bijdragen: actief deelnemen aan medische vakgroepoverleggen en constructieve samenwerking bevorderen.
- Ontwikkelen: meewerken aan zorginnovatie en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze expertisegebieden.
- Onderzoeken: betrokken zijn bij (wetenschappelijk) onderzoek om de zorg verder te verbeteren en te personaliseren.

- Salaris tussen € 4.659 en € 7.018 per maand.
- Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.

- Beschikbaar voor 16-36 uur per week, doordeweeks overdag.

Onze expertise ligt bij de zorg voor ouderen met dementie, somatische problematiek, geriatrische revalidatiezorg, jonge mensen met dementie, mensen met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel en ouderen met visuele of auditieve beperkingen. Je standplaats is Assen, een goed bereikbare locatie met een prettige werkomgeving.
Het team
Je wordt onderdeel van onze behandeldienst INNBalanZ, een multidisciplinair team bestaande uit paramedici, psychologen, maatschappelijk werkers, gespecialiseerde verpleegkundigen en artsen. Binnen het artsenteam werk je samen met PA’s, basisartsen en specialisten ouderengeneeskunde. Wat dit team bijzonder maakt, is de combinatie van passie voor het vak, een praktische aanpak en een collegiale sfeer.
