unterstützt du die operative Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unseres jährlichen Gehaltsreview-Prozesses.

arbeitest du mit komplexen Excel-Modellen, Vergütungslogiken sowie Personaldaten und sorgst für hohe Datenqualität und Nachvollziehbarkeit.

erstellst du Reports, Analysen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen rund um Compensation- und Personalkostendaten.

wirkst du aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Compensation-Systeme und der Einführung von SAP SuccessFactors Compensation mit.

hilfst du dabei, unsere Compensation-Prozesse transparenter, effizienter und skalierbarer zu gestalten.
Das bringst du mit
-
Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Controlling, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
-
Erste Erfahrung in HR Analytics, HR Controlling, Compensation, Payroll Analytics oder in analytischen HR-Rollen
-
Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und hohe Zahlenaffinität
-
Idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen oder BI-Tools

Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift
