Inside Sales Representative

Winston Water Cooler is a leading plumbing supply distributor serving contractors, engineers, and project teams across Texas. Our Austin branch supports a fast-growing market where accuracy, responsiveness, and product knowledge directly impact project success.

We're looking to add an Inside Sales Representative who understands how jobs flow, can support customers at a high level, and contribute to growing the business.

This is a core inside sales role responsible for supporting contractors, managing quotes and orders, and handling project-related documentation such as submittals and O&Ms.

You'll work closely with customers, outside sales, and operations to ensure jobs move forward without delays. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a solid understanding of plumbing supply materials.

This is not just order entry, it's about understanding the job, anticipating needs, and supporting customers at a high level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls and supporting customer inquiries
  • Preparing and managing quotes, orders, and pricing
  • Entering and processing orders accurately in Epicor Eclipse
  • Supporting counter sales as needed during peak times
  • Creating and managing submittals and O&M documentation
  • Coordinating with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure order accuracy and delivery
  • Following up on backorders, timelines, and customer needs
  • Supporting existing customer relationships and contributing to new business opportunities

What we're looking for includes:

  • 35 years of plumbing supply, HVAC, or building materials experience
  • Strong understanding of how jobs are built and materials are used
  • Experience with Epicor Eclipse, Excel, and submittal tools (SpecBooks preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional communication and customer service mindset
  • Familiarity with the Austin market and customer base is a plus
