Role Summary:
We are seeking a relationship-driven and results-oriented
Business Travel Sales Manager
to support a luxury hospitality property in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for driving corporate travel revenue through proactive business development, strategic account management, and long-term client partnerships.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience within hotel sales, particularly within corporate or business travel segments, and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This individual will play a key role in growing market share, maximizing occupancy, and positioning the property as a preferred destination for business travelers.
What you bring to the table: Proven ability to identify, solicit, and secure new corporate travel accounts through networking, outreach, and relationship-building Experience managing and growing an existing portfolio of business travel clients while maintaining high levels of satisfaction and retention Experience with working within the Hilton family of hotel brands Strong negotiation skills with experience developing preferred corporate rates and agreements Ability to conduct impactful sales presentations, site tours, and client meetings that highlight the property's offerings and service experience Experience collaborating with revenue management teams to support pricing strategy and occupancy goals Strong understanding of corporate travel trends, local market dynamics, and competitive positioning Ability to represent the property professionally at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools to manage pipelines and forecasting Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless client experiences Why you'll love working here:
