- In deiner neuen Rolle dreht sich alles um die Bilanzierung und systemseitige Abbildung von Finanzinstrumenten nach HGB und IFRS - hier bringst du dein Know-how gezielt ein und unterstützt uns tatkräftig.
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Prozess: von der Vorbereitung der Bilanzierung über das Reporting bis hin zur Ergebnisermittlung und -analyse - inklusive der Klärung bilanzieller Fragestellungen.
- Du stellst sicher, dass Finanzinstrumente fachlich korrekt und sauber in unseren Systemen abgebildet sind und alle Prozesse HGB- und IFRS-konform laufen.
- Als gefragte Ansprechperson berätst du bankweit interne Stakeholder sowie die Vorstandsebene zu bilanziellen Themen und zur Systemabbildung - auch auf Englisch - und bist zudem eine wichtige Schnittstelle zum Wirtschaftsprüfer.
- Darüber hinaus bringst du dich aktiv in spannende Projekte der Rechnungslegung ein und gestaltest den "New Product Process" mit.
Darauf können wir uns freuen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder (Wirtschafts-)Informatik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Beratung oder in der Unternehmensorganisation
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung von Darlehen und im Impairment sowohl nach HGB als auch nach IFRS.
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Zukunftstechnologien sowie ein breites technologisches Verständnis
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Microsoft-Produktsuite sowie Erfahrung mit Kollaborationsplattformen und Tools für agile Projektarbeit
- Besonders gute Kenntnisse in SAP S4-Hana, insbesondere in den Modulen CML und FI
- Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten auf allen Hierarchieebenen
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
