Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Implementation Engineer Hands-on experience with SQL, Microsoft Windows environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages Ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues to resolution Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
