About

Owning the technical implementation and onboarding of customers, the full-time Senior Solutions Engineer will manage the complete implementation lifecycle and ensure successful integration of IRIS Smart Image Capture and Revenue Cycle Management solutions in a remote setting. Key responsibilities
Lead the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, serving as the primary technical contact for customers Translate customer environments and business requirements into effective implementation plans Handle technical configuration, user management, system integrations, and data pipeline work primarily within Microsoft Windows environments
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Implementation Engineer Hands-on experience with SQL, Microsoft Windows environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages Ability to independently troubleshoot complex issues to resolution Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
