Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Duluth, GA. The Sales Consultant will identify and qualify prospective business clients, conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings, and build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities. This role will present and demonstrate Vensure’s PEO solutions, including payroll, HR, benefits, and risk management services, to decision-makers and key stakeholders. The Sales Consultant will analyze client needs, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and guide prospects through the sales cycle to close new business. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, collaborating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven B2B sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex services clearly.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools, along with solid basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
Experience selling HR, payroll, benefits, PEO, or related business services is strongly preferred.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented work style with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work on‑site in Duluth, GA and travel locally for client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in a sales‑focused role.
