Proven B2B sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new business.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex services clearly.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools, along with solid basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
Experience selling HR, payroll, benefits, PEO, or related business services is strongly preferred.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented work style with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work on‑site in Duluth, GA and travel locally for client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in a sales‑focused role.
