ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Quote Requests:
Handle quote requests from representatives, dealers, and direct sales channels promptly and accurately.
Prepare and submit quotes based on pricing guidelines and customer specifications.
Maintain CRM Data:
Update and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with accurate information on leads, prospects, customers, and quote details.
Ensure all interactions and transactions are documented correctly for future reference.
Assist inside sales coordinators with backup support and data entry tasks as needed.
Collaborate closely to ensure seamless operation of inside sales activities.
Customer Assistance (Pre and Post Order):
Aid customers with pre-order tasks such as order entry, assigning correct representative codes, and verifying product availability.
Handle post-order tasks including expedite requests, change orders, and resolution of customer service issues like freight damage, missing items, and quality concerns.
Address customer inquiries related to assembly or technical questions, proof of delivery, and other service-related queries.
Support Reps and Dealers:
Assist representatives and dealers with inquiries regarding standard products, utilization of the company website, and pricing information.
Provide necessary support to ensure efficient sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Sales Application Manager as required, contributing to project-specific tasks or initiatives.
Support in preparing documentation or coordinating activities to facilitate smooth project execution.
Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to all company operating policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Follow established plans and programs to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
At least two (2) years inside sales and/or customer service experience required.
At least five (5) years data entry experience required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
The job will require working with remote employees; chat and web meetings will be required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) applications, Internet, and (Outlook) electronic mail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and assembly processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
