About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Flooring Sales Representative (LVP and Laminate) to join our growing team in Los Angeles County. This is a high-impact role for a self-driven sales professional with strong industry knowledge and established contacts in the flooring market. We are B2B wholesalers and distributors and sell to flooring retailers across California.
Key Responsibilities
Generate independent sales through existing industry relationships and new business development
Prospect, identify, and secure new accounts (retailers, builders, etc.)
Visit customers regularly to maintain relationships and present product offerings
Set up and maintain product displays and samples at client locations
Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
Track sales activity and maintain organized customer records
Requirements
Proven experience in the flooring industry (required)
Strong existing network and contacts within Los Angeles County
Demonstrated ability to generate independent sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout LA County
Bilingual (Spanish & English) highly preferred
Valid Driver's License & Car Insurance
