About
Key Responsibilities
Generate independent sales through existing industry relationships and new business development
Prospect, identify, and secure new accounts (retailers, builders, etc.)
Visit customers regularly to maintain relationships and present product offerings
Set up and maintain product displays and samples at client locations
Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
Track sales activity and maintain organized customer records
Requirements
Proven experience in the flooring industry (required)
Strong existing network and contacts within Los Angeles County
Demonstrated ability to generate independent sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout LA County
Bilingual (Spanish & English) highly preferred
Valid Driver's License & Car Insurance
