To enhance customer experiences on the Help Center and Agentforce platform, the Salesforce QA Engineer will validate AI-driven workflows, execute test strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote or onsite capacity. Key responsibilities
Define and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce features and enhancements Collaborate with Product Owners and Analysts to refine acceptance criteria and ensure testable user stories Validate end-to-end workflows, including case management and AI-powered features
Required qualifications
Proven experience testing on Salesforce platforms, particularly Service Cloud and Experience Cloud In-depth understanding of end-to-end QA processes, including functional and regression testing Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman Strong knowledge of AI concepts related to prompting and conversational flows
