Required qualifications
Proven experience testing on Salesforce platforms, particularly Service Cloud and Experience Cloud In-depth understanding of end-to-end QA processes, including functional and regression testing Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman Strong knowledge of AI concepts related to prompting and conversational flows
