Business Analysis: Interpret and analyze business requirements to understand and address the core business objectives.
Workshop Leadership: Conduct workshops with business professionals, technical experts, and UX designers to develop the best solutions.
Documentation and Specification: Convert requirements into user stories, create technical specifications, and document process flows.
Manual Testing: Perform manual tests before releases to ensure quality and functionality.
Problem-Solving: Provide support in resolving production issues and challenges.
Offer:
Localization: Warsaw, Ochota, hybrid mode: candidates living in Warsaw & up to 100 km – 1x per week in the office; more than 100 km – 1x per month in the office

Stawka: up to 130,00 PLN nett/h
Kogo poszukujemy?
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in digital tool development projects.
Knowledge in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
Proficiency in English for effective communication.
Understanding the insurance and/or eCommerce sectors is a plus.
Optional:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
AI projects experience.
A proactive approach to engaging teams in co-creating innovative solutions.
A passion for technology and openness to exploring modern solutions.
