Pay rate :
170 PLN ph net+VAT on B2B
85,00 PLN gross ph on UoP

Our client: an Irish-American professional services company based in Dublin, specializing in information technology (IT) services and consulting.
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of Transaction Monitoring solutions within a complex banking environment. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between Business and IT teams , driving requirements gathering and analysis activities while collaborating with stakeholders, developers, testers, and subject matter experts. This role requires strong expertise in Quantexa , Financial Crime Prevention , and Transaction Monitoring , combined with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between Business and IT teams to ensure clear understanding and delivery of requirements.
Collect, validate, structure, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements .
Facilitate workshops and analysis sessions with business experts, Product Owners, SMEs, and other stakeholders.
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for developers and testers regarding requirements clarification and scope-related questions.
Support the Testing team in defining and reviewing test scenarios and ensuring requirements traceability.
Assist business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) , ensuring adequate scope coverage and requirement validation.
Analyze and model business processes using appropriate process modelling and visualization techniques .
Support the design and implementation of solutions related to Transaction Monitoring and Financial Crime Prevention .
Collaborate within Agile delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
Work closely with mixed client and consulting teams to align business needs with technical solutions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / IT Analyst , including at least 3 years in IT Analysis roles.
Quantexa certification and hands‑on experience delivering solutions using the Quantexa platform .
Strong experience in requirements gathering , validation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to define and document functional and non-functional requirements .
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in data analysis and information modelling .
Experience with process modelling and business process visualization techniques.
Knowledge of Transaction Monitoring and Financial Crime Prevention (AML/KYC) processes.
Experience working in Agile environments .
Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
Professional proficiency in English and Polish .
Experience in the banking sector is required; exposure to Capital Markets and Trade Finance is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Hadoop and Transaction Monitoring platforms is considered an advantage.
