Owning the analytics function for the User Operations organization, the full-time Support Operations Data Analyst will build and maintain dashboards and reports, translate support data into actionable insights, and track key performance metrics in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Own recurring reporting for User Operations tailored to various audiences, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews Translate support data into clear narratives to inform decision-making and actions Build and maintain self-serve dashboards for real-time visibility into support performance metrics
Required qualifications
3-5 years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in support operations or customer success operations Proficiency in SQL, capable of writing complex queries against large datasets Experience building and maintaining operational dashboards in tools like Looker or Tableau Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively Comfortable working independently without a team to deliver results
