Required qualifications
3-5 years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in support operations or customer success operations Proficiency in SQL, capable of writing complex queries against large datasets Experience building and maintaining operational dashboards in tools like Looker or Tableau Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and effectively Comfortable working independently without a team to deliver results
