This is a hands‑on technical leadership role where you’ll set the standard for mobile excellence at PepsiCo.
Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and hands‑on development of mobile apps using React Native
Partner with product managers, UX designers, and cloud engineers to deliver global solutions
Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment
Mentor engineers and guide technical decision‑making across the team
Explore and adopt tools such as AI copilots and agents to streamline development and boost productivity.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100
Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
8+ years in software engineering, with experience building large‑scale mobile applications
3+ years hands‑on with React Native (TypeScript/JavaScript)
Strong knowledge of iOS/Android app development, APIs, and app store workflows
Experience leading projects or mentoring teams
Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, or consumer apps at scale
