About the Role We’re looking for a proven technical sales professional who enjoys solving problems and leading by example. As a Technical Sales Manager, you’ll manage customer accounts, drive new business, and mentor a growing sales team. You’ll work directly with customers across the industrial and converting equipment sector, providing expertise and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing accounts while pursuing new opportunities.
Partner with engineers, plant managers, and purchasing teams.
Present and recommend technical solutions.
Mentor and coach sales representatives.
Coordinate with engineering and operations for project success.
Travel to customer sites (approx. 25–30%).
Report on activity and performance metrics.
Requirements
Leadership mindset with strong mentoring ability.
Relationship-driven and technically curious.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred.
7+ years in technical or industrial sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
