What we are looking for
We are not looking for someone to simply fill a chair. We are looking for someone who communicates exceptionally well, stays calm under pressure, and understands the importance of keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
One of the biggest ways we separate ourselves is through communication and customer experience. Our advisors are expected to proactively update customers, solve problems quickly, and make sound decisions that benefit both the customer and the dealership.
We are not a micromanagement-style dealership. We want self-motivated individuals who can think critically, adapt quickly, and take ownership of their responsibilities without needing constant supervision.

Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle symptoms Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow Prepare accurate estimates for parts and labor Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle condition and manufacturer recommendations Review completed work with customers and explain charges clearly Assist with loaner vehicle coordination when needed
Qualifications
Previous dealership Service Advisor experience required 3-5 years Ford dealership experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and computer skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to learn new technology and dealership systems
