To support a growing technical operations team, the full-time Lead Solutions Engineer will engage directly with clients to resolve complex technical challenges, champion the Brazilian market, and lead the implementation of advanced ad-tech products in a remote environment. Key responsibilities
Act as the primary technical escalation point for global publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues through advanced troubleshooting Lead technical onboarding and implementation of proprietary tools for high-value accounts, ensuring optimal performance from day one Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable insights for non-technical customers while providing structured feedback to internal teams
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Engineer or Technical Account Manager Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills for effective client interaction and internal collaboration Practical knowledge of front-end web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols Prior experience with ad tech tools such as Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, and Header Bidding is highly preferred A blend of technical curiosity and strong communication skills to effectively address customer concerns and build trust
