Act as the primary technical escalation point for global publishers, diagnosing and resolving integration issues through advanced troubleshooting Lead technical onboarding and implementation of proprietary tools for high-value accounts, ensuring optimal performance from day one Translate complex ad-tech concepts into actionable insights for non-technical customers while providing structured feedback to internal teams
Required qualifications
5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role such as Solution Engineer or Technical Account Manager Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills for effective client interaction and internal collaboration Practical knowledge of front-end web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and HTTP/Network protocols Prior experience with ad tech tools such as Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, and Header Bidding is highly preferred A blend of technical curiosity and strong communication skills to effectively address customer concerns and build trust
