5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting Strong hands-on technical ability in deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration Solid understanding of observability concepts including logs, metrics, and APM Experience leading technical evaluations and proof-of-concept processes Practical experience with cloud-native environments and modern infrastructure
