Responsibilities include:
Answering customer questions and inquiries by phone, email, and live chat on our websiteTaking and processing orders for our customers who purchase ticketsUse Sales skills to obtain a high call to sale ratioData entry, helping to keep track of our customers' dataAssisting with other projects around the office
If you're someone who enjoys always having something to do, is responsible, and friendly, you may be a good applicant for this position.
You MUST:
Be available to work weekends and rotating holidaysBe dependableHave a desire to help our customersHave a great 'phone' personality - Having a great in person one helps tooUnderstand that our guests are our #1 priorityBe a quick learner - You'll need to learn all of our tours, in all of our cities, and details about those cities which would help a tourist - "Where can I find parking".
