We're looking for commercially driven sales people who know how to convert leads into completions, deliver an outstanding customer journey, and take pride in closing deals the right way. Working Pattern 35 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends. The role follows a Thursday to Monday schedule, with the following hours: Thursday: 12:00pm
7:00pm Friday to Monday: 10:00am
5:00pm Where will I be working? Site based at Gillingham SP8 4GG (Dorest) About the Role This role will feel very familiar if you've worked in new build, estate agency or property development sales. As a Sales Executive, you'll take full ownership of the sales journey on your development(s)
from first enquiry through to reservation, legal progression and successful handover. You'll be responsible for: Proactively generating and converting leads into reservations and completed sales Managing the full sales pipeline and accurately forecasting performance
