Working Pattern 35 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends. The role follows a Thursday to Monday schedule, with the following hours: Thursday: 12:00pm
7:00pm Friday to Monday: 10:00am
5:00pm Where will I be working? Site based at Gillingham SP8 4GG (Dorest) About the Role This role will feel very familiar if you've worked in new build, estate agency or property development sales. As a Sales Executive, you'll take full ownership of the sales journey on your development(s)
from first enquiry through to reservation, legal progression and successful handover. You'll be responsible for: Proactively generating and converting leads into reservations and completed sales Managing the full sales pipeline and accurately forecasting performance
