About the role: As part of the Major Business and Strategic Team, the Client Sales Manager will; - Manage and drive performance across your own portfolio of sales opportunities, including issuing quotes, sending tenders to brokers, and negotiating contracts to maximise outcomes - Participate in daily team huddles to plan, prioritise and set up for success each day - Demonstrate strong knowledge of sales processes, confidently challenging where needed to enhance delivery and ensure an excellent TPI experience - Build and maintain effective professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, sharing best practice across teams - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives throug...
