Prior sales experience Prior leadership experience Drive to meet, and exceed, sales quotas and goals Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and dealership personnel Self-motivated with a positive attitude Professional appearance and demeanor Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially phone and email Commitment to ensuring high customer satisfaction Fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred The Pohanka Family of Dealerships has been serving the Washington DC Metropolitan area, starting as a single-service repair facility back in 1919.
