We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Sales / Finance Manager to join our leadership team and manage vehicle transactions A to Z
from deal structure through funding. This role is ideal for a driven automotive professional who can independently structure deals, present F&I products compliantly, and deliver a seamless, high-end guest experience. What You'll Do
Own deals from desk to funding (A to Z) Structure and finalize deals in alignment with dealership guidelines Present and sell F&I products using a compliant menu Maintain strong per-vehicle revenue while protecting CSI Ensure full compliance with all state, federal, lender, and manufacturer requirements Collect, verify, and manage all credit stipulations Manage Contracts in Transit (CIT) daily to ensure timely funding Work closely with accounting on funding and title resolution Maintain strong relationships with lenders, vendors, and internal teams Demonstrate professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail at all times Support dealership goals related to profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of automotive sales and/or finance experience Proven ability to structure and close deals independently Strong knowledge of F&I products, compliance, and lender programs Bilingual Spanish preferred High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Experience with: Dealertrack DMS & F&I VinSolutions vAuto Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Professional appearance and consistent work history Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Compensation & Benefits (California Pay Transparency) Hourly base pay range: $30.00
$45.00 per hour Commission eligibility: Yes (performance-based, uncapped) Estimated total annual compensation range: $120,000
