Job Specifics Location: 1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301 FTE Status: Part-Time, 0.70 FTE (28 hours/week) Work Schedule: Day shifts between Monday & Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; No weekends or holidays Job Description: Responsible for patient care under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include:
Provides patient care according to Care Plan Obtains vital signs Collects patient data Reinforces basic patient/family teaching Assures patient/environment safety Operates equipment Performs documentation Performs diagnostic testing Completes annual education requirements Provides age-appropriate care/service as applicable to role Assures reliable, predictable outcomes and no needless waits Uses Information Systems to their full capability Duties as defined by specific department (if applicable) Attends regularly scheduled and assigned shifts Qualifications:Listed on Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry eligible to work in federally certified home health agencies. Valid Wisconsin driver's license with auto liability insurance required. Home health aide experience or at least one year of certified nursing assistant experience preferred. Why Bellin Health?
