1. Role Summary
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Company. We are seeking a professional, passionate, and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, resourceful, and able to demonstrate strong attention to detail while offering innovative thinking to help improve internal procedures and processes.
Employment Type : Full-time; 40 hours per week
2. Responsibilities and Duties
· Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and liaising with the Company’s IT provider.
· Perform general HR duties, such as preparing job descriptions, preparing employment contracts, setting up new employees, and maintaining employee lists.
· Perform general marketing duties, such as preparing flyers, maintaining websites, and managing various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms as required.
· Perform general operations duties, such as responding to service calls and emergencies and entering into or renewing service contracts.
· Perform general due diligence functions, such as establishing deadlines, obtaining quotes, and liaising with third-party suppliers.
· Support internal teams with administrative tasks, coordination, follow-ups, and document preparation as needed.
3. Requirements and Qualifications
· College diploma.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and related software.
· Bilingual, French and English.
· Organized, analytical, and innovative.
· Hardworking, loyal, independent, and reliable.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Assets
· Prior work experience in a similar role, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing.

· Soutenir les équipes internes avec diverses tâches administratives, suivis, coordinations et préparations de documents, au besoin.
3. Exigences et qualifications
· Diplôme d’études collégiales.
· Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, incluant Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher et autres logiciels connexes.
· Bilingue, français et anglais.
