Patient Care: Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, and transferring. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Current BLS via the American Heart Association or American Red Cross is required. Current, unencumbered Certification as a Nurse Assistant in states where required.
Education, Training, and Experience
Previous CNA experience preferred. Strong commitment to patient care and a compassionate approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions. Physical stamina and ability to assist patients with mobility needs. Positive attitude and a passion for supporting rehabilitation efforts.
