The Opportunity Do you thrive on uncovering insights through data, are a seasoned data storyteller, and are you looking for an exciting career supporting brands like Hot Wheels, Barbie, and Fisher-Price?
The Product Quality Analytics (PQA) team is seeking a highly skilled brand consultant focused on data storytelling to support global Quality, Safety, and Sustainability.
What Your Impact Will Be
Conduct thorough data analysis to identify key trends, patterns, and insights, and present findings in a clear and visually engaging manner.
Prepare and deliver high-impact insights and lesson learned presentations to stakeholders to drive the development of high-quality products.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including quality engineering, global brand teams, and leadership – understand their data needs and translate them into effective insights for future development.
Collaborate with the PQA data team and global brand teams on enhancement proposals for interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Offer guidance and empower cross‑functional team members to utilize analytical tools independently, while fostering a data‑driven culture.
Stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data storytelling and data analytics, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve insights and storytelling capabilities.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Domestic travel on occasion.
What We’re Looking For Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and data storytelling, with a demonstrated success of influence on actionable decisions made through data‑driven insights.
Experience with Tableau, Confluence, and Jira, with strong analytical and data visualization skills. Familiarity with AI tooling and experience with BigQuery and programming languages such as Python or R considered a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, statistics, mathematics, economics, business, or a related analytical field is required.

The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range; however, base pay will be determined based on the candidate’s work location, skills, and experience.
