Industrial Sales Account Manager TraineeGO2 is our 12 month development program designed for recent graduates interested in a career in industrial sales. You will receive comprehensive training, hands on experience, and dedicated mentorship, preparing you to transition into a full-time sales role in an assigned territory.What You Will DoParticipate in structured training at our headquarters where you will receive ongoing mentorship, professional development, and in-depth product trainingLearn full cycle outside sales skills and build relationships with new and existing customers to solve real-world customer problems through technical and product solutionsWork alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls visiting customers on-siteWhat You Will NeedAssociate degree or technical training in a related fieldBachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Business or related field (preferred)Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distributionMechanical interest and aptitudeAbility to start in Summer / Fall / Winter 2026.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be outgoing, friendly, approachable and build relationships with peers and potential customers.Competitive in nature with a passion for winning and a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environment.What We OfferThis is a full-time, paid position with a transition into a full-time Account Manager upon completion of the program.Competitive compensation packageRelocation assistance (if applicable)Medical, dental, vision insurance + 401(k)Paid vacation and holidaysTuition reimbursement and ongoing trainingCompensation: $45,000 to $55,000+ / year with opportunity for bonus during the training program.
