Data Analytics & Data Management

Experience exporting, cleansing, and re‑importing Salesforce data using SOQL, Salesforce Data Loader (or similar tools), and MS Excel (e.g., PivotTables, Conditional Formatting, VLOOKUP).
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
Experience working with large datasets, including structured and semi‑structured data (e.g., JSON files).
Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and validation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on active listening.
Ability to create clear, thorough documentation, including solution designs, knowledge base articles, and step‑by‑step user guides.
