Territory Account Representative responsibilities:
- Calling on current and potential accounts who will help plan and support blood drives.
- Booking blood drives to meet monthly collection goals.
- Develop positive relationships in the community to support and set up blood drives.
- Travel 3-4 days per week within territory with minimal overnight travel.
Qualified Territory Account Representative candidates will have:
- Outside sales experience with a bachelor's degree or prior related work experience,
- Customer service, retail, or event planning experience preferred,
- A high degree of creativity and positive energy.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence,
- Polished, professional and compassionate communication skills with ability to educate, influence, negotiate and secure business agreements,
- Self confidence in making group presentations to the public, business and community leaders,
- Flexibility and adaptability to be effective in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where conditions and circumstances can rapidly change,
- Data management and computer skills with advanced organizational skills to manage multiple tasks quickly and simultaneously,
